The winner of a competition sponsored by FIFA, the project for the Dominican Football Federation in San Cristóbal is being developed on a 100,000 m² site and is being carried out in phases. The complex includes four soccer fields (one of which is a stadium for 2,000 spectators and another with artificial turf), indoor soccer and beach soccer fields, an administrative building with dormitories for youth teams, a hotel for senior teams, a gym, locker rooms, and coaching rooms. The architecture, inspired by the firm’s experience with sports academies, combines functionality, exposed metal structures, exposed concrete, and durable finishes, adapting to the institution’s operational needs and international profile.
