Boston Red Sox Baseball Academy
Carretera Mella, Municipio de Guerra, República Dominicana 2011
The complex was designed with operational efficiency in mind, organizing its administrative, academic, and residential areas around a central axis. The design balances institutional restraint with tropical openness, integrating historical references to Fenway Park—such as its metal structures and staircases—into a contemporary aesthetic. The project combines the renovation of existing structures with new construction, prioritizing durability, low maintenance, and a high quality of life for the players.
