This sports academy represents the culmination of 20 years of evolution in sports design. Set on a 95,000-square-meter site, the complex reinterprets Baltimore’s industrial heritage with a tropical twist. Organized into three main blocks (administrative, sports, and residential), it stands out for its central plaza featuring an iconic sculptural landmark. The use of EIFS technology that simulates industrial brick not only reinforces the team’s visual identity but also ensures high thermal efficiency and a modern aesthetic.
