Amelia Residences

This residential series was developed in response to the needs of an emerging urban demographic—young professionals and growing families—who sought high-quality living spaces within a feasible budget. Over the course of more than a decade, the Amelia residential complexes have explored solutions for compact, well-lit, and well-ventilated apartments, built using traditional construction methods and durable finishes. Its architecture, understated and contemporary, evolves from four-story blocks with simple facades to more expressive volumes that incorporate cantilevered balconies, double-height spaces, and materials such as metal and glass. The series not only succeeded in establishing its own identity within the local real estate market but also served as a laboratory of ideas for developing new typological, technical, and urban solutions.
