Strategically located on Bolívar Avenue, Torre Amelia Gazcue offers a more sophisticated architectural design, with a focus on spatial fluidity, views, and climate control. The building features penthouse-style units with terraces, active facades with solar elements, and a double skin that integrates technical systems without compromising the building’s formal expression. With eight stories and a precise urban footprint, the project redefines the boundaries of the Amelia model, demonstrating its adaptability without sacrificing coherence or quality.
