Its central courtyard, featuring landscaped areas and covered by a large canopy, serves as a gathering and leisure space. It includes cafés, an elevator, and flexible workspaces. The architecture prioritizes a pleasant and functional environment, tailored to the needs of users and the business dynamics of the tourist area.
