This pioneering complex brings together two Major League Baseball franchises in a symmetrical "mirror-image" structure that optimizes resources through a central hub of shared services (kitchen, auditorium, and technical areas). While maintaining operational autonomy, each team has its own clubhouse and residence, visually distinguished by materials that reflect their corporate identity: red and gray aluminum for the Phillies, and blue with coral stone for the Twins. It is a benchmark of programmatic rationality and operational efficiency.
